As a pediatric health psychologist with over a decade of experience in academic medical settings, I intimately understand the challenges facing today's caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Through my journey managing chronic illness, while raising neurodivergent children, I've discovered powerful tools through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) that transformed my approach to work and life.
